"I've been working with Bruce for a little over 6 months and have received so much benefit from Craniosacral Therapy. My impetus for seeking this out was a troubling constellation of symptoms that had been plaguing me for the better part of 2 years, though as far as my doctor and specialists was concerned, I was "fine". In addition to unexplained and evolving food allergies, digestive problems, pain, and fatigue making my daily life miserable, I was also deep in grief and navigating some very complex life circumstances and change. I'm happy to report that all of those things have improved in this time. I credit Bruce with being apart of that process of positive change, and he has been one of a few core practitioners I have relied upon in my journey to become well again. He is one of the most skilled listeners I have had the fortune to meet - something that should not be as rare to come across as it is. From that starting point of thoughtful and intent listening the work unfolds. Though each session is often a unique experience, they all share an effect of what feels like balance to my system. I always leave with a new insight or question to ponder, and my body feels deeply relaxed with a sense of flow restored. Bruce has a keen sense of how to guide this work in a way that helps to address the places of stuck-ness without it feeling confronting or overwhelming, creating a container to work through what you need to without force. It's gentle and also very powerful. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Bruce to anyone drawn to Craniosacral Therapy."

"I can’t say enough good things about Bruce and the Craniosacral Therapy he offers at Deep Roots Massage. I have been seeing Bruce twice a month for 7 months. After just a few sessions of CST, my “medically diagnosed” essential tremor became almost non-existent. This is amazing considering I have been on medication to control my head shaking since 2016, with no relief! I enjoy my hour with Bruce. It is easy to relax and work with him. He is a kind and compassionate caregiver."
